Athens International Airport (El. Venizelos)

Pick-up instructions:
We will be waiting you in the Arrival level (GATE A or GATE B), it depends on the Airline that the customer comes, with a Hand Held sign with your name or with sign [ATHENS LUXURY CARS]. We will make the contract and the car will be outside of the Arrival’s doors. If you don't show, the booking will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be provided. In case of any possible delay, please contact the Athens Luxury Cars representative to agree on an extension of the waiting period. 

Drop-off instructions:
We will be waiting you at the AIA Parking - Short Term 1, after appointment with our representative, to collect the car.

Athens HOTEL or RESIDENCE / villa

Pick-up instructions:
We will be waiting you at the front door of the Residence or at lobby of the Hotel, after we have confirmed a meeting. Maybe there is an additional cost for this service. If you don't show, the booking will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be provided. In case of any possible delay, please contact the Athens Luxury Cars company and/or our Office Manager to agree on an extension of the waiting period.

D rop-off instructions:
We can collect the car from the Hotel or Residence after an appointment. Also there is an option to deliver the car at our offices and we will safely transfer you to any location you require us to go to, as long as we have been informed in advance. Maybe there is an additional cost for this service.
